Recording
Recording/Mixing/Mastering:
$80 per hour / $600 plus HST per 8 hour session with Justin Koop

All sessions require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Rescheduling must be 7 days or more before the session.14 days notice or more before a full band session. If less notice is given the full amount will be owed. Deposit is non-refundable.
Rehearsals
$35 per hour:
Perfect for full bands, orchestras, vocal ensembles. Rehearsal on our performance stage and live room room.
4 Mics, X32 PA System, 3 Yorkville floor monitors, 1 Traynor 4X12 Cabinet, 1 Marshall 4x12 Cabinet, 2 Marshal JCM2000 100 Watt Guitar Heads, 1 Traynor 400 Bass amp, 1 8X10 Ampeg Bass Cabinet, 5 Piece Yamaha Drum Kit, 1 Hi hat Stand with Hi hats, 1 Ride Stand with Ride Cymbals, 2 Crash Cymbals Boom Stands. Drummers, please bring your own crash cymbals.
NO Alcohol. No Spectators. NO Professional Recording or Photography during rehearsals.
1/2 price of booked rehearsal will be owed if cancelled within 24 hours, but MUST be a minimum of 5 hours before your time slot. No show charged full rate.
Please note, we may need to reschedule rehearsals booked Friday to Sunday for private events.

We get CDs and Vinyl in your hands!
From 100-1000+ in all different styles: bulk CDs, jewel case, jacket, eco-wallet, digi-pack, paper sleeve, clam shell, or DVD case.
We are a broker for a manufacturing company in Toronto. We will try to match or beat the price of other retailers.

Videography/Photography
We will arrange and manage a team to delivery your vision and stay within your budget:
Our studio is large and has many creative spaces to film and photograph, from elegant to a gritty tone.
We are able to film sessions, solo instruments, instructional videos, live performances, live stream and full music videos!

Bring in your own Videography Team:
You will have private access to the recording studio and live room for the duration of your rental. Use of our lighting and sound system or you may bring in additional equipment.
$350 plus HST per 5 hours or less with own crew.
$700 plus HST per 10 or less hours with own crew.
Bring in your own Photography Team:
You will private access to the recording studio and live room for duration of your rental. Use of our lighting and sound system or you may bring in additional equipment.
$150 plus HST for 3 hours or less with own crew.
